1. Who We Are
Call67 is operated by SDN Bros LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered call screening, spam protection, and elderly safety service.
2. Information We Collect
- Phone number — your real phone number, used for verification, SMS notifications, and call forwarding.
- Name — your display name, used in AI greetings.
- Call data — caller phone numbers, timestamps, duration, AI classifications (name, organization, purpose, category, spam score).
- Call transcripts — text summaries of AI conversations with callers.
- Call recordings — when you activate Scam Waster, both sides of the call are recorded. Recordings are associated with your account and can be deleted by you at any time.
- Contacts — VIP, blocked, and backup contacts (family guardians) you configure.
- Device tokens — for push notifications (iOS).
- Location data — only when you use the SOS emergency feature; your GPS coordinates are shared with your backup contacts.
- App usage — heartbeat pings to detect phone inactivity for elderly protection alerts.
- Analytics events — anonymized usage events (page views, signup steps) to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Screen incoming calls with AI and classify callers
- Send SMS and push notifications with caller information
- Detect and block spam, scam, and fraudulent calls and texts
- Provide elderly protection features (guardian alerts, inactivity detection, SOS)
- Build and maintain a crowdsourced spam number database
- Analyze suspicious SMS links for phishing and malware
- Send daily biblical encouragement and prayer sharing (if opted in)
- Process billing through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Improve AI accuracy through call data analysis
4. Fraud Intelligence & Voice Data
When a caller is identified as a scammer, we may:
- Extract voice characteristics ("voiceprints") to identify repeat scammers across different phone numbers. Voiceprints are stored as mathematical vectors — not audio — and cannot recreate a voice.
- Share aggregated fraud data (phone numbers, call patterns, scam types) with law enforcement (FTC, FBI IC3, FCC) and telecommunications carriers for network-level spam blocking.
- Make fraud intelligence available via API to authorized third-party fraud prevention services.
We never share your personal data or legitimate caller data with third parties for fraud intelligence purposes.
5. SMS Notifications
You consent to receive SMS messages for call screening, caller identification, account updates, and family guardian alerts. Message frequency varies. Rates may apply.

6. Backup Contacts & Elderly Protection
When you add backup contacts (family guardians), they receive SMS notifications about suspicious calls/texts targeting your account and phone inactivity alerts. By adding someone as a backup contact, you confirm you have their consent to receive these messages.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:
- Telnyx — telephony and SMS delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Apple (APNs) — push notification delivery
- Google (Gemini) — AI voice processing (as a fallback; no personal data beyond the call audio during active screening)
- Law enforcement — fraud reports containing scammer phone numbers and call patterns (never your personal data)
8. Data Retention
Call records: 90 days. Call recordings (Scam Waster): 30 days unless saved. Account data: retained while active. Analytics: 90 days. Spam database entries: indefinite. You can request deletion by contacting us.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption, parameterized database queries, webhook signature verification, rate limiting, and session-based authentication. AI voice processing occurs on our own GPU infrastructure. Gemini API is used as a cloud fallback with audio processed in-transit only.
10. Children's Privacy
Call67 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact: [email protected]
