Call67 is operated by SDN Bros LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered call screening service that answers incoming calls on your behalf, identifies callers, and notifies you via SMS and push notifications.

2. Information We Collect

Phone number — your real phone number, used for account verification, SMS notifications, and call forwarding.
Name — your display name, used in the AI greeting.
Call data — caller phone numbers, call timestamps, duration, and AI-generated classifications (caller name, organization, purpose, category).
Contacts — VIP and blocked numbers you configure.
Device tokens — for push notifications (iOS).

We do not record or store call audio. The AI processes audio in real-time and only retains text classifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

Screen incoming calls with AI and classify callers
Send you SMS notifications with caller information
Send push notifications to your mobile device
Maintain your VIP and block lists
Process billing through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)

4. SMS Notifications

When you sign up for Call67, you consent to receive SMS messages for call screening alerts, caller identification, and account updates. Message frequency varies based on your incoming call volume. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS from Call67. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Telnyx — telephony and SMS delivery
Stripe — payment processing
Apple (APNs) — push notification delivery

6. Data Retention

Call records are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), secure database storage, and session-based authentication. AI processing occurs on our own infrastructure — call audio is not sent to third-party AI services.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].
