1. Acceptance

By using Call67 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by SDN Bros LLC ("we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Call67 is an AI-powered call screening service. When someone calls your Call67 number, our AI answers, identifies the caller, and notifies you so you can decide whether to accept, take a message, or decline the call.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US phone number to use Call67.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information, including your real phone number.
One account per phone number.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse others
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell the Service without authorization

6. SMS Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Call67 related to call screening, caller identification, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Call Recording & Scam Waster

Call Recording. When you activate the Scam Waster feature, Call67 records both sides of the conversation between the AI and the caller. By activating Scam Waster, you acknowledge and consent to this recording.

An automated announcement ("This call may be recorded") is played to the caller before recording begins.
Recordings are stored securely and associated with your account.
You may listen to, share, or delete your recordings at any time.
By sharing a recording (via social media, messaging, or any other means), you assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Fraud Intelligence & Voice Data

Crowdsourced Fraud Database. Call67 uses data from screened and blocked calls — including caller voice characteristics, phone numbers, call patterns, and transcripts — to build and maintain a fraud intelligence database. This database helps protect all Call67 users and may be made available to:

Other Call67 users (via caller ID and spam blocking)
Law enforcement agencies (FTC, FBI IC3, FCC, State Attorney General offices)
Telecommunications carriers for network-level spam blocking
Third-party fraud prevention services via API access

Voice Fingerprinting. When a caller is identified as a scammer or spammer, Call67 may extract voice characteristics ("voiceprints") from recorded calls to identify the same individual across multiple phone numbers. Voiceprints are stored as mathematical representations — not as audio recordings — and cannot be used to recreate a person's voice.

No expectation of privacy for fraudulent callers. Callers who engage in fraud, scam, spam, or illegal telemarketing have no reasonable expectation of privacy when calling numbers protected by Call67. By placing an unsolicited call to a Call67-protected number, the caller implicitly consents to being recorded and analyzed for fraud prevention purposes.

9. Scam Waster Credits

Users may earn credits by participating in the Scam Waster program. Credits are earned when the AI (or the user) engages a scam caller in conversation, contributing to fraud detection and training data.

Credits have no cash value until redeemed.
Minimum redemption: $10.00 equivalent.
Credits may be applied toward subscription costs or cashed out via supported payment methods.
We reserve the right to modify credit values, earning rates, and redemption terms with 30 days notice.
Abuse of the credit system (e.g., faking scam calls, using automated systems to generate credits) will result in account termination and forfeiture of credits.

10. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: 15 screened calls per month.
Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

11. AI Limitations

The AI screening is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misidentify callers or misclassify calls. Call67 is not a substitute for emergency services. Always call 911 directly in emergencies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDN Bros LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed calls, misclassified calls, or SMS delivery failures.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
