1. Acceptance

By using Call67 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by SDN Bros LLC ("we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Call67 is an AI-powered call screening service. When someone calls your Call67 number, our AI answers, identifies the caller, and notifies you so you can decide whether to accept, take a message, or decline the call.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US phone number to use Call67.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information, including your real phone number.
One account per phone number.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse others
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell the Service without authorization

6. SMS Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Call67 related to call screening, caller identification, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: 10 screened calls per month.
Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. AI Limitations

The AI screening is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misidentify callers or misclassify calls. Call67 is not a substitute for emergency services. Always call 911 directly in emergencies.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDN Bros LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed calls, misclassified calls, or SMS delivery failures.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
