Will residents know they're being screened? +

No. Legitimate calls are transferred seamlessly. The AI announces itself to callers, but residents just receive the connected call. Family members can be added to a VIP list for instant pass-through.

What if a legitimate call gets blocked? +

The AI errs on the side of caution: borderline calls are flagged for staff review rather than auto-blocked. You can whitelist specific numbers, area codes, or caller types. Is this HIPAA compliant? +
